Hi, I'm excited to be a part of Highland Tech High! I've been a school nurse in Anchorage for over 20 years. East High was my home for most of those years so now it’s nice to experience a smaller learning community and a different educational model. My love of the great outdoors led me to Montana State University in Bozeman where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I stayed for an extra year to complete a nurse practitioner course and then moved to Alaska. I've since earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Portland, married, and raised three children. |
